2008 Jacksonville Lemon Crop
The photo is of a lemon tree in Jacksonville, Texas in 2008. It is believe to have been planted in a nail keg in the 1940s or 1850s. Our best guess is that it is likely a Meyer lemon. It is often grafted on
trifoliate
root stock.
